I had bought a flat through Jai Ganesh Services (http://jaiganeshservices.com/), later realize that this is the one of big mistake I made in my life trusting this marketing group. Initially they told us flat is in ready to occupied condition and they took full payment from us, am a NRI person later during my India visit when we actually check the flat, it was not at all in good condition there was a wall cracks, wall plaster/color damage, water drips etc. they said they will clear all the issues immediately and handover the flat. With lot of pain daily calls follow-up they took almost more than 3 month time to fix the issues, always use to pass blame to builder and always give stupid excuses. During this period they enjoy our full payment which we loan from bank, for 6 month I’ve paid more than 2 lacs rupees interest, since am NRI initially they took 20, 000INR from me to ensure that they will take care of my property, after providing useless service now this Jai Ganesh Services marketing group even not willing to pay back our money, even they are not ready to compensate anything. Now from last 3 months am chasing Mr.Vaibhav Afzalpurkar (********98), initially he said they will compensate this loss and pay back our money for this he always use to give me false dates for fund transfer and now they are not at all responding, even they are not willing to answering our call, which shows the Jai Ganhesh Services ethics and business professionalism, these guys just want customer access money. I would suggest to all the buyers to not do any property deal with Jai Ganesh Services (Marketing Group) or be care full when you deal with them, these guys they are never strict on their commitments and also don’t have any customer values, once they get their commission they always point to builder for problems and they are not providing any services, so think twice before deal with this group.
