I have purchased my honda CB shine from JSP honda hyderabad . From second month i have been facing the issues(Gear shifting) with my bike.From that time onwards i am complaining to the show rooms and managers about the same.They are calling me and doing some changes in the clutch settings and Chain settings.But actually there is a issue with the engine only.But honda guys are not intrested to resolve the issue in the engine as it is a major issue and they need to replace the major components in the engine.
I lodged a complaint with customer care before 10 days.From that time onwards i didnt get any response from Honda.I tried to know the status of my complaint but no one is responding properly and they are not sure about their services.
Since, honda commits for the free service why they are not responding properly. ? ? ?
Could some one please suggest me how to proceed further and can i approach consumer court for this issue?Thanks in advance.

From that time onward i am complaining to the manager of the show room about the same. They are doing some changes in the clutch settings and charge the battery. But honda guys are not interested to resolve the issue in the engine as it is a major issue and they need to replace the major components in the engine.

they are not humans , they only sat for making money , they use nice words only till you pay and purchase afterwards only cheating,, the worst service i seen .... everywhere this honda
