Ashok bastralaya - is indian railway safe for us?

Is railway journey safe for us???

This question came to my mind when i met with an incident,on 24th july i boarded from Jalgaon in gitanjli express train no 12859 to howrah.i was in b2 coach .At nagpur stn some guys came to us and said that canteen manager mr.Iqbal is taking extra money for food.The veg food they are providing costs rs 34 and they are charging rs 65 for that,straight away doubled.we too gave a written complain to R.P.F .In that meanwhile on 25th july next day pantry car managercall that guys to pantry car and he shutted the doors from inside and cruelly beat passengers.the guys got hurted very much and this is becz of they protested against him.MR IQBAL told r.p.f infront of us that he has taken a contract from railway.so now he is doing all this becz of money.,and infrnt of R.P.F officers he refunded our money back too,that he had taken extra..The veg food costs rs 34 and water rs 12 and they are taking 65 and 15 for that...so this is the condition of our indian railway...so pass this on as everybdy knows the truth of indian railway....
