Cel Cabs - Irresponsible service by Cell Cabs

I used to use Call cab for all my trips around Hyderabad for last 3 years.
But last week I had a very bitter experience from Cell Cab service.
I am working in a company in hyderabad and as my roommate had to leave to Abudhabi urgently , we had no other way other than booking cab for reaching the air port bus counter from our apartment .
By evening evening we got a message from CELL Cabs saying that Cab would reach by 1 15 AM .
We two girls were waiting for the cab from 1 00 Am but the cab didn\'t reach . We kept on calling the cab driver but he was telling he would reach in 5 mins and at last he reached by 1 45 AM.We started to bus counter from our apartment and byt the time we reached the airport bus had left already.We didn\'t know what to do and we called the Cab service centre and told them that ,because of the driver\'s irresponisbility we missed the bus and we couldn\'t reach the airpart ontime which is 40 km far from our place .

PLEASE NEVER RELY ON CAB DRIVERS. BOOK YOUR CAB AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME ,OTHERWISE THEY WILL PUT YOU IN TROUBLE.ESPECIALLY CELLCABS.

In order catch the train to attend an urgent official meeting at the Central Plantation Crop Research Institute, Kasaragod on July 03, 2017, I booked a taxi from your office at 10.12 am on June 02, 2014 against the PNR No. 359884 to drop me from my residence at Sreekariyam to Trivandrum (Thambanor) railway station on the same day at 6.30 pm. To get details of the assigned driver, I contacted your office by 5.18 pm, but reply was that driver’s details will be intimated just one hour before. Since I failed to get information from your office even at 5.30 pm, and fearing that I may miss my train, I again contacted your office by 5.59 pm; this time the reply was that the vehicle had already been released. Realising the lukewarm response from your office to my repeated phone call, at 6.12 pm I called your office and cautioned that because of your negligence if I miss my train, I will go for legal action against you. Immediately (6.14 pm) I received a message from your office stating that vehicle will be reaching at 6.29 pm for my pick up. Again to my call at 6.20 pm the reply surmising- due to some technical fault the vehicle will reach late. At 6.26 pm the designated driver called me and told he had just started, and it takes another one hour to reach my residence. From my residence to the railway station needs not less than an hour journey, particularly evening hours as there is a heavy volume of traffic. I realized that if I further depend on your vehicle, that will cause to miss my train, therefore I hired another taxi and rushed to the railway station at 6.30 pm.
The irresponsibility of your office created a lot of mental trauma to me. Surprisingly your office did not show the courtesy to call me and explain the situation. It’s absolutely a breach of contract. In this context If I am not befittingly compensated for my mental agony, I will approach the appropriate forum for justice, and also this incidence will be floated in public domain.

I booked a cellcab at trivandrum(PNR 175601) tHE DRIVER CHARGED MORE eventhough the SMS sent by them showed less.BIG CHEATERS,BEWARE

I support this complaint.

This is the very bad experience I had to face and I am writing this on my travel to airport by Easy Cabs which came to my rescue with in 10 mins.
The problem is, I booked cell cabs at morning 10 AM for the travel at 4.00Pm to board a flight from Madhapur. THis guys called me at around 4.10 and said that the cab will be late by 45 minutes and asked for cancellation.When I queried back i got irresponsible answers from call centre people.I would like to say, be careful with this cell cabs provider.The PNR no I got for booking the cab 929602 on 14th august 2010.

I support this complaint.

I have used Cell Cab yerterday for trivandrum city to air port. Though they seem to be professional, their driver doesn't seem tobe so.
# The driver first of all did not know the addresses we wanted to go in the city
# After the trip, he did not carry the bill book with him but we wanted it for claiming
# He demanded 40Rs. extra for the baggage
# When given 500 Rs note, he says he doesn't have a change and we had to round off the money say when the bill was 320 Rs., we had to give him 400 Rs. Later surprisingly we found him having the change !

Later we also realised that driver took advantage of our hurry since we have interpreted the bill amout as 380 while the bill amount actually was 318

Very lousy travels to deal with....
