Kinetic India - Irresponsible Behaviour

Hi,

Please know that, this incident happened in Idea Cellular Office in Jabalpur (M.P).

My father's Sim was not working and we wanted to replace the SIM due to technical issues.

We went to Idea cellulars which is beneath Reliance Mart : Gorakhpur Area in Jabalpur. The person there was named as : Nitin Vishwakarma. He initially did not bothered to listen to us. He asked us to wait for sometime. After 45 mins also he did not showed any interest to attend our complaint.

We assertively asked him to take our complaint as it was getting very late for our scheduled works. He harshly reacted towards the approach and stated that he is not in a position to help us and asked us to go away from there. We later on approached his manager : Mr Chawla, who sits upstairs the Idea cellulars. However, whenever we use to go there, we get response that Mr Chawla is not available in the office and our complaint shall be forwarded to him and he will call back us. But even after 20-25 days today, we did not heard from him.
