This is regarding the TDR filed against PNR no. 2********5 which has been regretted.
The reason for filing the PNR was that the train ran late by 4 hours and the journey was not performed due to this.

The actual departure of the train was 6:45 am and the train started its journey at 10:45 am. The TDR request for this train was made at 9:50 am which is well beyond the 3 hours limit and and well before the departure of train.

I have attached the screenshots of my PC when the TDR was filed at 9:50 am on 19th December and screenshots of the indianrail site which shows that the train was late by 4 hours on that day.

According to the refund rules I am entitled for a full refund for this ticket.
