Respected Sir/Madam,

I had TDR request for Ref No.
TDR ekt2010111001781295
Transaction ID 02********
PNR 1248023799.

As the train was delayed for 6 hours according to the refund rule ” full fare will be refunded” for more than 3 hrs delay. But I received only half of the ticket fare. i.e., Rs 140.
I sent mails repeatedly to mail ID 'etickets@irctc.co.in' and I didn't recieve any response.

Please take required action on this.
