IRCTC Indian Railways - IRCTC refund not processed for 3 months

Dear Sir,

We have made 3 bookings (3 tickets each) through IRCTC's website. All the three trains were late by more than 3 hours and I applied for TDR within stipulated time frame. TDR has been approved for all the bookings, however, approved amount is only 50% of the travel ticket, while it should be 100% since the train was late for more than 3 hours.

Request you to look into the matter and act accordingly. It has already been more than 3 months now and I have sent multiple mails to the customer care.
