I recently had a failed transaction while booking my ticket with IRCTC using AXIS bank debit card on 09 /11/2012
The failed transaction page shows the status as money REFUNDED but my axis bank account does not reflect the same.
My transaction id is : 05********

Refund Details:
Cancelled Date: 09-NOV-2012 Refund Amount: Rs 288 Refund Status: Refunded
Receipt Number: 2006802066 Refund Date:13-NOV-2012

Can someone guide me as to whether I should approach IRCTC or AXIS bank for pursuing the matter further.
