Hello Sir,
This is to inform you that i had 2 booking associated with the following PNRs with the on different dates:
1) 2337488181 DOJ: 27 July 2012 Train No: 02502 Journey: NDLS to CNB
2) 2********3 DOJ: 06 Dec 2012 Train No: 02394 Journey: ANVT to MGS
I have filed a TDR online for the train late more than 3 hour category for no 1 on 29 July 2012 and for no 2 on 7 Dec 2012 respectively.
Also both of the trains were running late by more than 3 hours. In case of the first PNR i did not get any status updates for a long time of about 5 months then on 10 dec 2012 i sent an email on etickets@irctc.co.in to follow up in this case so i got a reply that they will follow up with the concerned department and get back to me and now after following up multiple times on the same email on 5 Feb 2012 i got a reply that it has been rejected due the folllowing reason:
'Delay in online TDR filing / TDR filed after 30 days'
Now these dates can be matched up and i would like to say that i have filed a tdr with in the eligible time limit once the chart was prepared. And if this was the reason then i should have been informed with in the time limit of TDR processing of 90 days but even after 6 months i was not informed and the status in my irctc account was not updated as well.
Now in the second PNR also i did not get any status updates from last 2 months. And i am sure i am gonna get the same kind of reply on this as well.
Please note that in the second PNR 2********3 the was late by 17 hours from the originating station and chart was not prepared even after 3 hours from the actual departure of the train no 02394 .
I would request to please investigates my both of the cases and provide me a unbiased resolution for them.

I had filed TDR on 20.10.2012 for partly waiting list ticket of RS.3045/- having PNR
No.********97.My transaction id is : 0524507200.But till date the money has not been refunded in my account.
