Dear Sir,

I tried to book ticket in tatkal on 17 Nov 2010 but Reservation Status shows NOT BOOKED and Rs.918.03 (Rs.907 + Rs.11.03) is deducted from my account.

Details as follows:
Transaction ID:02********
Pay Status:Settlement Requested
Reservation Status:Not Booked


Please do the needful to get the refund.

Pay Status:Settlement Requested
Reservation Status:Not Booked
