On 3-feb-2011, i have tried to book a ticket for 5th february from TPJ to RC. The amount has been debited from my SBI account, but i didnot get the ticket.

On 20-feb-2011, i have tried to book a ticket for 9th Apr 2011 from GIMB to HWH. The amount to the tune of Rs 1,536/- has been debited from my SBI account, but i didnot get the ticket.So please refund my money at the earliest without any financial loss.
An email communication has been sent to IRCTC Indian Railways on February 3, 2011, 9:30 am
