The Major strech of Ghodbunder Road is either under construction by Valecha Contractors / JK Kumar contractors or improperly maintained by IRB. There are no proper street lights from Kasarvadavli to Borivili and all the major accidents happen there. its imperative here to atleast maintain street lights properly so that for all the major turns / u turns vehicles coming from behind have clear vision of the same. My friend met with a major accident while taking a U turn mainly because of 2 reasons, 1) There were no Street Lights near Ovla at Ghodbunder Road opposite to Courtyard Resturant & bar 2) There were no lane markers etc on the road and the speeding tanker just banged the car from behind ..
