Sub: Failure to settle the account of my client despite assurance.

Ref : i) Legal Notice dated 20.02.17.

ii) Your reply by email dated Feb 22nd Feb 2017 acknowledging the receipt of legal notice sent by me and further reply dated 28th Feb to my client assuring him of full and final settlement of his accounts on 27th March 2017 without any further delay.

Dear Mr. Yadav,

As per my clients instructions the legal proceedings initiated by me were put on hold due to assurance given by you to my client for full and final settlement of his dues by 27th March 2017. However, I have been informed that you have failed to honour your commitments and have remitted part payment for Rs. 89000/- only on April 7th 2017 through cash deposit in my client account.
Due to the failure to honour your commitment to release the due payment of Rs 4,17,603.83/-, I have been requested by my client to retrieve the legal proceedings to protect his interest. Entire team of Investrue Analysis shall be jointly and severally liable in that event. Further you are also liable to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- for mental harassment and sum of Rs.50,000/- as a cost of this legal notice.

Please note if the refund is not credited in my clients account within ------hours/days from the communication of this e-mail; legal and criminal proceedings will be retrieved.
