Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that the ineternet facility provided by railway is pathetic as every time I login in the site (https://www.irctc.co.in) and try to book tickets the page gets hanged/timed out message appears and after some time when the page appears all the tickets already gets booked. I want to know why such instances happen every time when I try to book my tickets or such parctices purposeposely done by the railway people for blackmarketing the railway tickets.
Requesting you to take proper steps/measures to stop such blackmarketing of railway tcikets and also improve the internet facilities provided by the railway.
Sir, मै अमृतसर का रहने वाला हू । हमारे यहा golden temple के बाहर टिकट conter से टिकट लेना दलालौ की वजह से मà¥à¤¶à¤•िल हौता जा रहा है कृपया हमारी इस शिकायत का निदान करने की कृपा करें । इससे आम आदमी को टिकट लेने मे आसानी हो ।

Last few days it is seen when we opened irctc home net booking, it come every day at 0800 to 0900 hrs SHOWS "service unavailable". why it comes everyday as well as service is too much slow, so how we will book our family tickets. please clarify and do needful.

Dear Sir,
When computerised reservation started, the comman man was thinking, he will get a fair chance and transparency can be maintained. But it seems this system is also are going in the same old ways of corruption and manipulations.

Please clear the temporary Internet files and cache of the browser and try logging in using a new browser window to overcome this problem. You can do so with the following path: Tools>>Internet options>>delete cookies, delete files and delete all off line contents, clear history>>click OK. After this please close all the windows and open a new Internet explorer window and then try.
