I have recharged with 95 INR amount on 5-12-2013 of 2G internet plan but not yet facility started, still waiting for the plan. I have tried by calling your customer care but they are also not recived call from last 3 days.
This seems that your customer care service is very Poor.
Kindly look into this and do the needful as i am not enjoying this plan. If you are unable to start this plan tomorrow then return back this amount as a talk time. If you also respond late then i will complaint in consumer court Beacause apart from this talk time of amount 250 INR is also pending. I'm very much tired calling your customer care.
since i'm in Total loss of amont 345 INR which is sufficient for 1 month mobile bill.
please do the needful ASAP.
