My name is Jerish. I have a complaint regarding with my internet downloading speed. From the last 2 week, i am facing a problem of downloading speed. My speed of downloading has reduced from 200 kbps to 45 kbps(maximum speed). I did complaint of it many times, but still no action has been taken. I have an MTNL connection for the more than 12 years ago and i am using this internet broadband service from the last 6 to 8 months. I have never faced this type of problem, this is the first time that i am having such kind of problem and found that your staff is unable to help me out from such kind of disturbance. Its a humble request to you to please put some attention on my complaint so that my faith on this company would remain the same.
