Dear Sir,

We are constructing our house in phases for over 5 years, i.e. as and when we could save some amount, we were completing each work sucessively. In mar'13 we got electrical wired to 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors with insulated copper wire by spending approximately 1 lakh including labour. Unfortunately on 13th Sep 2013 night, while there was continous dripping outside my wife, my kid and aged FIL were in the ground floor, they heard a couple of unfamiliar sounds and instinctively have been afraid to go out, though they switched on lights and peeped outside they could not see anything. But in the morning we could realize that some miscrents have ripped and stolen the electric wires.

Immediately I advised my wife to register a complaint at kodigaehalli police station immediately, around 11:00 AM a couple of plain clothes staff came with her to question some labours. Finally her complaint was received only at 4:00PM effectively she had to spend the entire day (Sept'14) in the station waiting to register for our complaint (complaint no GSC No. PO1********0664). I am very shocked by the response our complaint is getting, because none of investigating officers ever visited the crime spot to search for any evidences like finger prints, dog squad, etc., Since miscreants have climbed 12 feet compound to steal this I believe it to be well planned and co-ordinated intrusion, so I wish to track their mobile numbers that where within a short distance from that my wife & FIL, perhaps I am requesting to track cell phone numbers by triangulation technique at a geographical location 13.053186, 77.577719 particularly that were in my premises around {13.053000 to 13.053300, 77.577500 to ********} from 13 Sept 2013 22:00:00 to 14 Sept 2013 05:00:00 India Time.,

Since we are already in a serious financial debts this jolt is very painful distress,

Should the investigating officer be successful to recover our property it will be of great relief. Kindly appreciate our unfortunate agony and instruct the investigating officer to act on our complaint with priority..,
