snapdeal - installationof dish tv has not been done

I had orderd a dish tv hd through snapdeal on 03rd may.I received the invoice on 08th may.The installation of the dish tv has not been done till date.i have contacted snapdeal numerous times for the same but there has been no satisfactory response.I have tried to contact the seller also and sent the activation code on the addresses given in the invoice but to no help.I first contacted snapdeal on 10th and informed them that the seller has not yet contacted.I was told to wait fr 48 hrs but nothing happened.I again contacted them on 13/14 and was again told to wait fr 48 hrs.On 16th,i asked them that if installation cant be done,then refund the money which was rejected by snapdeal citing their 7 day refund policy.IT HAS BEEN 12 days now and neither the seller has contacted me nor has the installation been done.I have an invoice and thats it.The seller is vk venture pvt ltd,mumbai.Plz help me in this aspect.
