I have ordered an apple watch from a instagram shopping account by Name "First _Famous_Fashion". I had a whatsapp chat conversation with the no provided in the instagram account about the product. They informed me that the product is original and is a US purchase and that is why they are offering it in such a less price.

So I trusted them and paid the amount of Rs.9500/- via paytm to their no ********30 registered on the name of Ajay.

They assured me that the product has been dispatched but when I have not received the same as per their given time. I tried to contact them. Nobody responses after that on whatsapp and even the mobile no is not contactable.
They have even changed the name of their group on Instagram as “Replicanish Store”, when I posted on their account about their scam.

Please help me in getting my money back and catching these cheaters and frauds.
