My santro got accident on 6th March 2015 and i handed to over car to Hyundai service center of Ajmer Hyundai, Near RPSC, Ajmer. Till today on 21st April i haven't received my car. The insurance was Zero depreciation but now today on 21st April company is demanding INR 24000 for releasing the car. I would like to know if car was fully insured then why i have to pay INR 24000 and in last one and a half month company couldn't handed over my car.
I did telephonic as well as personal contact with the service provider more then 20 times and he was only making me fool.
