Complain to Bajaj Auto Regarding Bhavya Bajaj, Muzaffarpur
I had purchased bajaj pulsar 180 on 18 October 2017 and today is 14 Feb 2018, till now i had not getting the copy of RC. When i had gone to that place i met Mr. Rajan, who was primarily involve with Mr. Tarun when i had purchased the byke. That time the same person had told me that you will get your RC within 02 months mean while it is 4th month running and he telling that you will get your RC after 03 months when i say that i had purchased my car on 23rd nov 2017 and i had get my RC after corrrection on 06 Dec which is actually very true and you will get every moment record from RTO and Toyota if not believing on me, thereafter he tells me get lost from there, i say why i had just asked you to in your case how the system and same RTO work so slow. But Mr. Rajan misbehaved with me and told me to f.....k off from there, and you will not get RC in your life span. In the hole short he behave like a goon, and no where he was look like a corporate employee. The CCTV of that premises was the proof of that, if you take your short of action then you will get the CCTV image which will proof the evidence and conversation that how inhuman that guy is.
I had a request with Bajaj Auto that don't provide dealership to that type of guy who has not care of the customer after taking money. If you are continue to do so and employee that type of guy then this is the best short of your business towards retardation.
Please Investigate this matter and let me know, Because i just want to see goons behind bar, not as a corporate employee or traders.
