Das Enterprise of A to Z Cable Network - Inhuman behavior and dictator attitude towards customer.

Das Enterprise, a partner of A To Z & Manthan had installed their cable line in my house in 1998. We continued till date inspite of lots of discomforts and no steps against any complain.
In 2010, we brought LCD TV and complained for bad picture quality and less channels. they informed that we have to put set top box. we agreed and asked them to install. but till date we are kept unattended. his appointed money collection person (consider himself as so called 'dada' and behave as if he is obliging us to let us see the cable) always comes and collect money once in a blue moon and expresses his irritation on any complain.
Last sunday, on 08.01.2012 when he came to collect money, I opposed and asked him to install the set top box immdtly. and shall pay in full only after completion of job (thinking again he will ran away after collection of money which is only job and consideration), he burst out telling that he is thus disconnecting out cable line with an advise to take Tata-Sky! Now, without information my line has been disconnected since then.
Now, tell me kindly :
1. where I was wrong for which he has punished my family specially my kid?
2. have I denied for the payment?

It's a mental-torture and I strongly condemn the act.

Mr. Das of Das Enterprise, you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful. Also, you are advised, since you are doing a business you have to keep an eye on this also and don't take it for granted. You should remember, you are public service and can't dare to take customer on your wish for which they are paying against the services they are getting. you are legally at public services and there is a forum called 'Consumer Forum' to take action legally.

Das enterprise is to inform to immdtly restore the services and install the set top box.
