Dear Docomo,

Iam using a number ********89 since a year,I have recharged to through several times from your site,Transation failed but deducted money (INR 250/-)from Credit Card ,i have called your care, i couldnot speak with customare care guys because those guys dnt understand my problem,because all are poor in english and they will shout on us,Regarding the same i have lodged complaints at your site with following details

1.Why am wondering is ,no one called me regarding these issue so for but status showing CLOSED.
2.One side MicroMax Convas Mobiles are creating history but your care guys wil tell,that mobile doesnt support GPRS at all.So internet settings cant be sent or they cant help us?

Again Thanks to Tata Docomo,I never switched off my mobile for your information since last Six months. If its switched off in the next time, you can alternatively call me at ********47.
I have given Transaction ID In the above mentioned Complaints on 3/10/12 in Tata Docomo Portal.So you can access those details from the complaint itself since i dnt have it now and also i got authentication ID or From HSBC Bank.The Following two are the authentication Codes
Dated on 03-10-2012 authentication IDis 002544
and Dated on 15-10-2012 authentication ID is 007981

Out of above,only one is successfully recharged and other one is not recharged,so Please go through the provided details and do the needful as soon as possible.

Thanks to Docomo,Usually i will recharge INR 196/- for month which give 550 STD Min,It will exactly suficient to my monthly call, now they have cancelled all my STD Min because of above mentioned information.What type of services they will do yarr.Iam porting to others provider.These guys will do like this only,i dnt get explanantion for above mentioned complaint but doing extra deductions like this.........
