My name is Naveen Diddi, I ordered nokia 1320 from infibeam on 10.02.2014. It was delivered to my neighbour on 21.02.2014 as i was not at home that time. My neighbours rejected to take the courier first but the courier guy insisted to take it. They took it and handed over to me after 2 hrs. Unfortunately there was no mobile in that. Box was empty and there were only the accessories in that. I called them and also sent them images of the package which i received. I don't know what else to do. kindly suggest me. I paid 24,000 rupees or the cell phone and the result is this. I am literally frustrated.
