ON 6th AUGUST 2014 I PAID IN ONLINE FOR ONE BLACKBERRY Z3 MOBILE ON INFIBEAM PORTAL FOR Rs.14199/-.I RECEIVED THE ITEM ON 11th AUGUST 2014. SINCE I RECEIVED THE ITEM I FOUND SOME CRITICAL PROBLEM ON THE HANDSET MAINLY ON SPEAKER AND ALSO ON SOUND SYSTEM. I WENT TO LOCAL AUTHORISE BLACKBERRY SERVICE CENTRE AT KOLKATA ON 16th AUGUST. AFTER 3 DAYS THEY HAVE HANDED ME OVER A DOA LETTER(REPLACEMENT WARRANTY BY BLACKBERRY). I SENT THE ITEM BACK TO INFIBEAM ALONGWITH THE DOA LETTER WHICH THEY RECEIVED ON 25th AUGUST. SINCE THEN AFTER 20/25 MAILS AND CALLS THEY YET TO SOLVE MY ISSUE. EVERYTIME THEY ARE SENDING MAILS STATING THAT†WE NEED MORE TIME TO SOLVE IT. ASFTER 10 DAYS TODAY 3rd SEPTEMBER THEY HAVE REPLIED ME THAT THEY WILL NEED ANOTHER 10 DAYS TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE !!! NOW ACCORDING TO BLACKBERRY SERVICE CENTRE, WITH DOA LETTER IT TAKES HARDLY 6-7 DAYS TO REPLACE AN ITEM. NOW INFIBEAM INTENTIONALLY DELAYING THIS MATTER. FIRST OF ALL THEY HAVE SOLD ME A FAULTY ITEM WITH SOME DISCOUNTED PRICE AND NOW THEY ARE DELAYING THIS MATTER EVRYDAY. PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY PRODUCT FROM INFIBEAM AS THEY ARE THE WORST OF ALL ECOMMERCE PORTAL. THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC RATHER WORST IN THE MARKET.
