Hi,
I ordered 2 products online from Infibeam on 12th June, the shipment date was committed as June 16th.
Infibeam till date has delivered only partial product 1 (Dausen World Travel Adapter w/ Dual USB Port Charger, grey). For the 2nd product I followed up regularly since June 16th and everytime I am getting excuse that they are checking the same with concerned department.
Following are major issues with Infibeam:
1. Products listed are not available with them, still they are showing them over their portal to fool customers.
2. Standard answers are given that please call our customer care, and when I called them they too din't had any answer for delayed delivery.
3. Product delivered Dausen World Travel Adapter w/ Dual USB Port Charger, grey is not of the same specification as shown on the website, it doesn't have pin holders as adapters. Infibeam unprofessionally told me that it is over 3 days the product is delivered to you, hence we can't take your complaint. I was told to contact manufacturer directly. I mean isn't ridiculous I din't bought it from manufacturer. And infibeam should be responsible to deliver what they are showing and selling on the website. It is not a cloth that I bought where I can take this story that colors can be different from actuals shown on site, it is a electronic item and it should have listed and suggested features.
I seek complete refund of order along with damages for wasting my time and spoiling my travel plans.
Kindly help me getting my money back from this cheat brand, who is just competing with Amazon and Flipkart by just listing everything possible on the website without actually having or possessing those.
