I have purchased 34†Jumbo television before 1.5 year under 3 Yrs bond that I will be entitled for 32†Plasma after completion of 3 years.
Narrating the whole issue in a brief, since last 7-8 months I am facing serious issues with the television. Red patches are appearing on the screen. Technician have visited but no satisfactory resolution provided. Technician tried to resolve problem by experimenting on my television. First of all technician tried to resolve problem by changing the color IC but nothing happen and still red patches didn’t disappear. Again I raised complaint and technician told me that there is fault with the picture tube, Technician replaced picture tube on 19th Sep, 2010 but red patches were not reduced. Already 10 days have been passed, I have mailed Videocon customer care & Sameera services for quick resolution but I am not getting any response from their end. I have faced worst experience by purchasing Videocon product. I have also written mail to Sh. Venugopal Dhoot (Chairman of the Company) for quick resolution but not getting and reply from their end.
I am not satisfied with the product and services. Red patches started appearing on television without much usage. The quality of the videocon product is worst. I feel that i am mentally harassed by Videocon.
