COWL PANEL - INFERIOR MATERIAL

A) I purchased Maruti Car with full faith in 2009. I never asked for the quality certificate of the Parts used. This is trust that every customer reposes on the supplier. I never checked whether Maruti used inferior material ? As looking at the usage of that plate where from water pass through the Material used there should have been WATER PROOF. Was it not rusted at the time of giving delivery of the Car ? No consumer is being this plate at the time of delivery.

B) I have been sending all these years to Maruti Workshop with a belief that Maintenance will be carried out by them as per standards they claim.

C) Since last 5 years , i have not gone to any other Work Shop except Spectra Malad. What were they doing in every six monthly inspection i.e. almost 10 inspections. Do i have to say Spectra that open the plate & clean every time when i bring or is it part of service. I am sure looking at the rust, you will appreciate that rust has not surfaced over night.

D) Further more alarming & shocking that I had brought to the notice of Executive Maruti in 2012 about the rusting found inside the Bonnet on the left side body part. AT the time some anti-rust was carried out for that part. If Maruti &/or Spectra knows that the plate is more vulnerable to rusting , why did not they opened & checked this part for anti rust at that point of time ? Were the officials hiding at that point of time, as the anti rust was carried out as i had extended warranty. So avoid repair at that time & charge the customer after the warranty period.
Do you expect consumer to inform the problems. This problem could not have been seen by consumer also, as this part is impossible for him to open. THIS WAS THE FIRST ALARM WHICH MARUTI DID NOT NOTICE & CHECKED MY CAR THOROUGHLY. REALLY SURPRISED WHY NOBODY CHECKED IT , TALKING BIG DELIVER LESS !!!!!!!!!

E) I do regular service of my car through SPECTRA MOTORS, MALAD WORK SHOP. I have been very particular about this. Hence, after the Warranty , i had agreed for AMC for two years & also asked them to carry out ANTI-RUST. It was done in March 2013, This was the Second ALARM. WHY DID NOT THEY DO ANTI-RUST OF THIS PLATE PART ? Maruti & Spectra are both aware that this part is vulnerable to rusting. They charged Rs. 5000/- but left me in lurch for dire consequences.
