Hi,

I have ordered a Lenovo S820 phone from indiatimes shopping site, as per the description which is mentioned in the site is 8 GB internal memory details

But when I received the product i got to know that the product they have shipped is 4 GB internal memory product not the 8 GB product, so I have informed the indiatimes shopping customer centre, but they are not ready to take the complaint also.

Then they asked me to confirm it from the Lenovo Customer Care which i have confirmed to Indiatimes shopping customer care.
Even after doing all this they are still not ready to replace the product.

I request the officials here to take this seriously and please help in replacing or refunding the amount from Indiatime shopping site.

I been shopping online for more than 3 to 4 years but never ever faced this kind of issue.
