My name is Deepak Anand and my irctc login id is "deep6431".

I booked 2 tickets for 2 people as I wanted to travel from Bangalore to Ambala. I was trying to book for connecting trains but then came to know through IRCTC staff that I can not book connecting trains if I am travelling by Rajdhani or Shatabdi or Doronto. I, therefore, booked 2 separate tickets as mentioned below:

Ticket #1

PNR: 4233751084
Date of Journey:18-Nov-11
Train Number: 12493
Expected Arrival Time: 5:50AM
Actual Arrival Time: 9:15AM

and

Ticket #2

PNR: 2428511996
Date of Journey: 20-Nov-11
Train Number: 14037
Departuer Time: 8AM

As you may see above that I missed my Delhi to Ambala train because the Rajdhani train got delayed for more than 3 hours, I would request for the 100% refund on my ticket for Delhi to Ambala. But when I speak to IRCTC guys they say I would only get 50% refund and that too after at least 3 months. Why the hell should I wait for 3 months to get my own money back where I have not done any mistakes.

Needless to say that I struggled a lot and lost my whole day as I could not catch the next train because the Rajdhani train was delayed.

I have also raised a TDR through my login and the reference number for the same is "ekt2011112003703349"

When I ask IRCTC guys that I want to talk to some responsible person with whom I can talk about this, they simply say that they can not give any further details.
