Vathsala Agencies Indane Gas Distributor - Indane Gas Refill delay

Sir,
Through IVRS I booked for an Indane Gas refill on the 31st of Aug 2011. The IVRS indicates my status as : order no285321 and cash memo no.5165. The distributor has despatched refills till the 7th of Sept. says the system. Today is the 20th of Sept. and I am yet to get my refill. Every day the agency tells me that I would get it, "today". But many days have gone by and I am yet to get my refill. Will Indane officials take suitable steps to ensure that Vathsala Agencies supplies refills according to schedules.
