Hello IOCL,
This is with regards to Pathetic response and experience i am (Abhishek Chaudhary, Consumer No:4635)
facing from distributor "Mithala Gas Agency, Sector-19, Noida, U.P" and IOCL.

At present the problem which i came to know is difference in database which is showing in IOCL head office and Distributor computer.
In IOCL head office the connection is showing Active while at distributor Machine its showing Deactivated from Central Server.

Below are the brief details for the same (please do also look attachment as justifying the same):
1.) This is my third visit to Mithala gas Agency and the outcome is zero, every time i visit the distributor they kept me waiting
for long time and didn't even care customer satisfaction or customer is waiting and they need to reply.
2.) Below are the dates i visited a.) 15th Mar, 22nd Mar, 24th Mar-2014.

2.) On my first visit@ 15th-Mar-2014, they suggested that i need to fill KYC form, i filled the same with required address proof and ID proof with photo, after submitting the KYC form and documents
they suggested that connection will be active after 24 hrs, i waited nearly week but no update neither connection got activated.

3.) Again visited Mithala gas agency and this time they even forgets that they need to activate the connection on the basis of submitted KYC form, when i requested, distributor checked and discussed a lot after that they told me that the connection is blocked at central server
and i need to visit IOCL office situated at sector-1, Noida, they also suggested don't go today since every Saturday is OFF in IOCL and told me to come Monday

4.) I reached Distributor office @ 24th-Mar-2014 09:00 AM IST and inquired again about the same, the concerned person told that it will be taken care by Mr. Nihal, who reached office @10:00 (1 hr delayed to the reporting time).

5.) He kept me waiting for hrs and then after multiple requests he filled one page format and tol me to go IOCL office and don't come back to Agency today (Monday),come on Tuesday.

6.) Once i reached IOCL office i contacted Mrs Dolly (a nice lady), she checked the details, confirmed me that your connection is active and suggested me to contact Mithala gas Agency to Mr. Nihal (one among the same person who is not resolving the problem).

7.) I again reached Mithala gas agency and provided the document provided by Mrs Dolly from IOCL, after that they started ignoring me and throwing my Original documents here and there.

8.) All the employees present at distributor end just throwing my documents and saying its not mine job, we don't know how to resolve the issue, using Slang words for customers at the same time.

Queries being a customer are:

a.) IOCL comes into "Fortune 500" companies, is this kind of negligence and Behavior expected (by Distributor who are appointed by IOCL) ?
b.) If the problem is somewhere at distributor or IOCL end, whose responsibility is to rectify that ? (is its customer responsibility ?)
c.) How IOCL chooses there distributors and keep track of there behavior with customer, to provide customer satisfaction ?
d.) Are employees at distributor end allowed to use SLANG WORDS ? and making customer to run different offices ?
e.) Are the updates can't be given in one go at one day in place of calling customer again and again without providing any meaningful update and resolving there problems?
f.) Does provided Toll free number ever works ? :from past 4 weeks i am only getting one reply "all the lines of this route are busy"

I don't have any hope left from distributor end but still have little hope left with IOCL (since i am very well aware about fortune 500 standards) with regards to resolution of problem faced.
