This is in regards with Incorrect bill gerneration for Photon plus number (********87) & account No.(********6).
I had applied for a Tata Indicom Photon Plus Internet conection (HP Offer with 2GB Free Data Transfer) on 7th of August 2009.
I opted for a data based plan called Tata Photon Plus Lite which offers .5 GB data for a monthly payment of Rs 500/- and Rs 2/- per Mb thereafter. The company previously initiated my connection wrongly as a time based plan offering 1800 mins of Internet usage on a plan called Tata Photon daily 60 which offers 60 mins of Internet uasage daily for a monthly rental of Rs 500/- per month.
I was intimated by tata indicom customer care about this (wrong plan activation ) on date(21 AuG 2009) after my connection was started, and the customer care executive named ( Rudra ) and his senior executive ( Dinesh ) told me that i will get 2 gb free in this regards with this plan. For this conversation docket number is (1********) .
But even after this i am being charged wrongly amount of 900 rupees which is totally wrong. I think my bill should not go more then 400 rupees with taxes.
I request you to see into the matter as soon as possible and correct my bill accordingly.
