IRCTC Indian Railways - Inconvinience caused due to non-updated train timings on IRCTC Site

I have faced inconvinience due to IRCTC's inability to maintain correct the train timings.

I had booked the tickets for to-n-fro journey. Considering the displayed departure and arrival timings, I had planned my trip.

Today when I reached the station for boarding, from station master I come to know that timing is not updated on site inspite of several reminders. Train timing mentioned on the site is 6.30PM while in actual its at 2 AM.

Due to your inability, Now we had no other option left and choose to travel by bus to reach in desired timing. It has incurred monetary loss and frustration.

pls acknowlwdge your fault and refund me 100% of my money
