HDFC Bank Limited - Incompetent and blind way of investigation for HDFC SL plan done by bank clerk

I am an NRE account holder of hdfcbank at exhibition bank branch Patna.I work as docotr in a govt hospital in Riyadh KSA. Last year I went to home on emergency vacation for 2weeks as my father was seriously ill and was admitted in ICU. That time i needed some money and went to bank and withdrew money.While opening my NRI account in Riyadh I was explianed by clerk thatIf I keep and FD of Rs 50000 there will be no neceesity to keep minimum quarterly balance. So I requested the dealing assistant sitting at NRI desk to do FD of that amount for 3 years. I was assured for this and he took the cheque.This year in january when I again went to home I recieved envelop containing documents that I have been done an insurance plan with a premium of Rs 50000 every year for 10 years.I was very much surprised to see the document copies filled by the assitantWITH SO MANY ERRORS and bearing my FAKE SIGNATURE. I was feeling bad how this dealing assistant sitting at nri desk decieved me taking advantage of faith I put in this highly reputed bank. I complained to every authority but of no benefit.I am already having many insurances from LIC and have to pay premium everyyear to keep them in force. The bank authority, hdfcsl authories are yet unable to differentiate the fake signature in LIC plan.As I am not in India and it will be difficult for me to follow complicated legal procedure they feel save and least bothered about my problem.
I just feel cheated by this greedy bank employee who did insurance plan for higher commission and is still able to decieve other cause authorities put blind eyes and allow him to cheat. WHAT IF AUTHORITIES ARE NOT ABLE TO INVESTIGATE AND JUDGE A FAKE SIGNATURE FROM GENUINE ONE. Maybe i will have to live with feeling of being cheated for rest of my life.
