I brought a karbon mobile on 15th October 2009 at Saravana Stores(Tex), 18 Renganathan Street, T Nagar, Chennai 17. My model number is K560. My battery S/N is K5********77 and IMEI nos are M_IMEI ********013351 and S_IMEI ********513350.
I was surprised to find messages from my serivce provider stating that my IMEI is invalid when I was told my mobile has valid IMEIs. Moreover when I tried 1800 209 5625 I am getting a message stating that please check you number. The other number 080 41378858 is not being picked. I don’t really know what will be the response to this mobile. I have also made couple of my collegues to purchase this company mobile along with me. My headset is not working and when I tried couple of your service centres printed they either say they are not doing service for Karbonn mobiles are say they are busy and call later.
I would like to know the following details from you :-
1. Do my mobile has the correct IMEI or not.
a. If so, why the service providers are sending message after message stating that our mobile numbers are incorrect.
b. Why service providers are especially after your brand mobiles .What is the corrective measures taken from the Karbonnmobiles to face this.
2. To which service provider of yours I should go to correct my Headset.
