Tata DOCOMO - Illegaly deduct from my mobile No 9028275312

Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you that Rs198/- illegaly deduct from my account without any intimation on 02 Oct 11.

I checked my balance On 09 Oct 11 It was very less, I spoke to Miss/Mrs Preeti at tata docomo call center at 21.25 on 09 Oct 11. Miss/Mrs Preeti was enabling to give my answer, she told that she has not having any update and ask me to call after 24 hrs.

Again on 10 Oct 11 at 14:47 Hrs. I spoke to Miss/Mrs Archna at customer care no. 198, she told me that Rs.99/- has been deducted twice on 02 Oct 11 at 03:18PM and 3:19 PM for downloading in mobile games, same time I told her that I have not downloaded any such game and request for register a complain, but she refused to do the same.

On 10 Oct 11 at 15:05 hrs I spoke to Miss/Mrs Afrin at nodal desk and she registered my complain vide GBL 0********0 and told me that it will be resolved maximum by 15:15hrs on 12 Oct 11.

On 12 Oct 11 at 15:15hrs I spoken to Mr. Kirn, he told me that the complain has been closed and amount can not be refunded.

Sir, it is requested that please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest, otherwise I am going to change TATA DOCOMO services my Unique Porting Code is TZ418844. Further I certified that I have not downloaded any such type of game. Thanks
