Ranga - IFB dishwasher issue not resolved for more than 15 days!!

I had raised a complaint on 15-Feb with number 12407705 still no response they say their agency has to revert.. spoke to call centre almost on daily basis the managers and call centre person are helpless. It is a shame to hear that Call centre people mentioning that they cannot do anything more and are pleading with us. I strongly do no recommend not to buy any of the IFB products it is a nightmare to get a small issue resolved
Is there a forum where if these issues are taken up resolution happens?
