regarding your query about destination number for sending sms, its not like one destination number but i am not able to send sms to any number at all.
you can always have my alternate contact number i.e 9096241249 which is also airtel.
unfortunately i cant call 121 as you people have disabled my that facility too, so mail is the only option for me to communicate unless the communicatiion is from your side.
