I have been charged Rs.20/- for a transaction named "NFS/CASH WDL/26-02-12/Fee Rs18 ST Rs2 " along with requested money.

I am holding salary account where i can have upto zero balance, and if I am using other bank ATM, then its also legal as per RBI rule.

The reported transaction detail is "NFS/CASH WDL/26-02-12/Fee Rs18 ST Rs2". The transaction date is 26/02/2012.

My ICICI account number is 000201659073 and is with MG road branch , Bangalore.

If you exceed 5 transactions a month from an ATM other than of your account holding bank, you would be subjected to the mentioned charges.
