ICICI bank deducted 28/- from my account for ATM decline charges on 17th Aug 2012, Why this bank is doing this when the other banks are not charging anything like this.

There was no ATM transaction performed from my account on 17th Aug 2012.

My account no : 01********03

I am a previlaged customer and may be I need to close this account if this is the way ICICI does business.

Complainant's Goal: Why ICICI charging ATM decline charges, if other banks or not doing this.
