ICICI Bank Limited - ICICI Bank - Non repayment on excess amount paid towards Credit Card

Since September I have been asking for a refund on the excess amount that i have paid for cancellation on my card.

I have written numerous mail & sent enough copies of my scanned bank statements, when it is time to refund ICICI bank comes up with enough excuses, rather than simply making the payment.

First they want a bank stamp on the statement, now they say that we tried calling but do not have your number. When I missed making payments on my card they had the right number to call my landline, but when they have to make the payment they do not have my right number, & then a customer Service Manager named Anjali tells me that the credit card department & customer service department are seperate & they do not share the same data. What does this mean? When you want to collect the money from customer you have the right details & now when its your turn to pay up, you do not have the right nos ?

I would like to sue ICICI Bank for interest on the excess amount & for mentally harrassing me & for incompetent, & insensitive staff who do not know how to help customers. I simply told the lady to send my DD on my residential address which she has & she says I have to call the customer Service and change my address? What does ICICI think that customers are morons? They advertise about customer service, what service do they provide only harrow a customer, i fedup & my pressure has shot up because of such dealings.

Why would i call Customer Service, you have my address also i have sent you an email stating my residential address which corresponds with your data, so why cant you simply send me my DD?

I asked her to give me her Senior\'s email id & name, which she didnt give. Saying it is ICICI\'s policy not to give their details. I didnt ask for her number just email ID. How does Service connect ?

I NEED MY REFUND OR NOW I M SERIOUSLY GOING TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMEN. AND NOW I SEEK AN INTEREST FOR THE MONEY THAT IS LYING WITH YOU SINCE SEPTEMBER. AND FOR HARRASSING ME.
