Karbonn Mobiles - Iam not Satisfied with the product

Purchased below mobile phone ,details attached,From Day one there are multiproblems and now i feel that i have made wrong choice in selecting mobile phone.i should have gone for good brand like samsung.

WAS NOT A PACK PIECE WAS OPEN BUT TRUSTED SHOPKEEPER AND PURCHASED BY PAYING ALL COST.

Problems faced are: 1)ON 2ND DAY BATTERY PROBLEM FROM DATE OF PURCHASE,WHERE TELEPHONE SHOPEE GAVE BATTERY REPLACEMENT,STILL THIS BATTERY DOES NOT LAST FRO ONE DAY.

2)When you are on a call,and other calls in call waiting,we disconnect 1st call and try to dial the number the phone is hang and there is no function from any button,only way is to take the battery out and switch on again.

Takes lots of time when made on where we can search SMS,TELEPHONE SIM MEMORY ETC,CONTINUE SHOWS SEARCH SCREEN WHICH IS VERY ANNOYING.

VERY POOR SOUND QUALITY,WHERE OTHER MAKE PHONE ON SAME NETWORK WORK GOOD,THOS HONE GIVES CRACKING SOUND TO OPPOSITE PERSON AND WE NEED TO SPEAK LOUDER FROM THIS SIDE.CHECKED ON SAMSUNG PHONE WORKING FINE AT SAME PLACE AND SAME NETWORK.

NEED URGENT INTERVENTION AND WANT REPLACEMENT OF HANDSET IMMEDIATELY.
