Karbonn Mobiles - Iam not satisfied with the batery backup

I bought KARBONN K4444 MOBILESET on Dt: 10-11-2011, in hyderabad. The main purpose of buying this mobile is 30 days battery backup which Iam unable to get that. Hardly Iam getting batery backup of 5 days. Other problem is Iam unable to connect wireless headset via bluetooth. So give me the the solution to solve this problem I have to proceed legally.

Hi,
i was purchased a mobile k444, on 19th November location Hyderabad,but mobile backup is coming only one day,even am not using memory card also,why backup not coming,while charging showing alert message please register your charger saying,where can i register,tell me process any one know..? please tell me service center location in pune,my number is ********84
