Karbonn Mobiles - Iam not satisfied with Karbonn Mobile handset

I have purchased Karbonn handset Model KC555 in last month from Civil Lines,allahabad and now it is creating problem. It’s keypad is not working, not getting charged by original charger. It shows after two three hours of charging still battery low.

Complainant's Goal: I want new handset in place of the old defective piece.
