Hyundai Motor India Limited - i was misguided and mis behaved

sir,
I have submitted my Hyundai i10 car ( DL-7CJ-3076 ) to the authorised Hyundai Service Centre i.e.,M.R . HYUNDAI ,MANGE RAM ENTERPRISES PVT. LTD.,LONI ROAD ,OPP.SHALIMAR GARDEN,SAHIBABAD,GHAZIABAD on date 11 may 2011.

The major preoblem with my car is that it was getting over heated and AC was not cooling.

The service advicor of the service centre Mr. Rajesh Kumar (Ph. ********83) told me that its coolent fan will changed and AC gas will bec refilled. He told me the estimate is of Rs 6000 (4000 for fan and 2000 for AC gas). I told him to do needful work as i donot have any other means of transport.He told me that he will make the delivery on 12 may 2011 after doing the repair.

But on 14 may 2011 i called him (Mr Rajesh Kumar) for the delivery of my car . He refused me to do that, rather he misbehaved with me and told that the required work has not been done yet and it would take 6-7 days more because company has shortage of spare parts.

So i requested him to return my car in that condition only, so that i could make it repair with another Hyundai service centre. Then he told me that i have to pay Rs 4000 for the delivery of my car. When i asked him for the reason then he told me that he has done the service of the car .And he told me that if i want my car back ,i have to pay the amount. Service was not the problem in my car and even i dont want it to be serviced. He is Blackmailing me for my car.

I could not understand that when my car is not repaired then why should i pay. And when the service centre did not have the spare parts then why they serviced my car without asking me
kindly i request to you to attend the matter as soon as possible as i have no other transport with me and facing lot more problems.
