I have sent my blackberry bold 9000 for repairing, the problem is regarding the hardware, due to current shock, the phone is dead,but when i sent it to the above address. they ask for the unlock code, from the service provider which i don't know. since i use an airtel sim i don't need to unlock as it i working fine with my airtel sim. their is nothing wrong with the software, i only need the hardware fixed not the software, i don;t understand why they ask for the unlock code. can they just fix the hardware short circuit with out the code.
