Sir/Madam,

There are totally 4 Idea SIMs in our family. On an average my family is giving a business of Rs. 600 to 800.00 per month.

Even though I have not registered for kkDevo, Rs. 30.00 was deducted from my balance. Please un-subscribe kkDevo and refund Rs. 30.00.

Please do not deduct any amount unless until I request. If you continue the same, we will change from Idea to some other service. Then you loose a business of Rs. 600 to 800 every month.
