i had placed an order with penbooks private limited, ernakulam office on
06.07.09 for Rs.5000/-:
it was a special offer and at the time of placing order we have to deposit Rs.5000/- and for the next five years we can take books or gift articles available with them at Rs.1,900/- per year (i.e.Rs.9,500/- worth books or gift articles available with them).
a month later when i wanted to check status of orders found that none of their telephone or mobile numbers in the kerala region are not answered and to my dismay now i understand the company have wound up operations. all their offices in the kerala region are closed. at this juncture i feel cheated. the company had accepted an order during the time of their closure without disclosing this
fact to the customer. i am really helpless and request your help in resolving this issue.
they certainly will have branches outside kerala.

My member ship no 3630. Which time i takw mwmbership that time promise give offer 1000 rupees book . Iam somany circumstance not possible take books past years. Now i gone and serch that shop in trivandrum backe side road of secretariat There running one another name of books publication group I ask about PEN BOOKS but this shop manager told pen books is clossed where running don't no Which books i need iam purchase from that shop with cash . This manager very happy . But I think this penbooks and that shop some links May be change the name and cheating in new customer. Please any branch and any idea about PENBOOKS PLEASE SEND MAIL ME
